Many people and organizations have rallied, at their own expense, to help Lisa reach her recovery goals.

Since the beginning of March, 2006 Lisa has been seeing Andrew Galloway, an Addiction Therapist, who does counselling, interventions and referrals through The Clinic in Toronto.

Andrew Galloway contacted an associate in Los Angeles, Dan Cronin, about finding Lisa suitable treatment.  After discussion about Lisa’s needs, Dan Cronin approached The PROMETA Center and another facility about possible treatment. The Prometa Center and the other facility both agreed. Together, Andrew and Dan worked on the logistics and Lisa left for treatment on April 19th.

The Prometa Center protocol is designed to target the biochemical imbalances in the brain caused by chronic abuse of alcohol, cocaine, and/or methamphetamine. Prometa is not a quick fix, its a quick start.
